The DFP Investment Fund will invest in stretch senior mezzanine or preferred equity positions within Property development.

Projects considered will be primarily residential but may include Office, Retail, Industrial and Hotels. Key Investment criteria is as follows:

Stretch senior, mezzanine or preferred equity positions within development projects.

Loan to Value Ratio (LVR):

Land Bank <75% as is LVR
Stretch Senior <85% of TDC
Preferred Equity Investment <95% of TDC

Up to 2 years


May be located in any region in Australia


Will primarily be targeting residential development projects, but may include office retail, industrial and hotels.
